1. The Government of the Republic of Ghana through the Ministry of Education has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Ghana Accountability for Learning Outcomes Project (GALOP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of Targeted Instruction Teachers' de and Textbooks: "For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement mbd, as defined in the World Bank's Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments which the contract provides to be made through a letter of credit."

The GES now invites sealed Bids from interested eligible Bidders for the procurement of Trade Instruction Teachers' Guides and Textbooks, as stated below:
