PROCUREMENT OF GOODS BY NATIONAL

COMPETITIVE TENDERING (NCT)

1. The Kwahu West Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to cover eligible payments for the procurement of the under-listed contracts.

2. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended by the Act 2016 (Act 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

3. The Kwahu West Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers for the contracts in the table below:
