Request for Expression of Interest- Contract Mining Services

Zijin Golden Ridge Limited (ZGRL), a subsidiary of Zijin Mining Group, one of the world's largest and most reputable gold mining Companies are requesting Expressions of Interest (EOl) from eligible, capable and suitably qualified companies with Competencies for the Provision of Contract Mining Services.

Background

As part of its ongoing mine development and production strategy, ZGRL plans to execute the Phase 1 Cutback and associated waste delivery activities to support sustained ore feed to the processing plant and the safe development of mining infrastructure.

In furtherance of this objective, ZGRL intends to engage competent and experienced Contract Mining Companies to provide comprehensive open-pit mining services. The scope covers drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, waste placement - including engineered delivery to the Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) - and all associated support activities required to safely and efficiently meet production targets.

ZGRL hereby invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Contract Mining Contractors with demonstrated capability in large-scale open-pit mining operations, strong safety performance, sound equipment fleets, and the ability to operate in full compliance with Ghanaian mining regulations and Zijin's internal standards.
