INVITATION FOR BIDS

RE: PROMOTING RURAL OPPORTUNITIES SUSTAINABLE PROFITS AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESILIENCE, MOFA/IFAD GRANT No: 2000004117

1. The Government of Ghana through the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MOFA) has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards the implementation of the Promoting Rural Opportunities Sustainable Profits And Environmental Resilience Project (hereinafter called PROSPER) with the overall goal to strengthen integration, climate resilience and sustainability of small holder in priority value chains in Ghana and intends to apply a part of the proceeds to the financing of this procurement. The use of any IFAD financing shall be subject to IFAD's approval, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement, as well as IFAD's rules, policies, and procedures. IEAD and its officials, agents, and employees shall be held harmless from and against all suits, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, and liability of any kind or nature brought by any party in connection with the construction of the selected feeder roads in the Eastern Region.
