INVITATION FOR TENDERS (IFT)

The Efia-Kwesimintsim Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its share under the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) to cover eligible payments under the contracts for which this Invitation for Tenders ("IFT") is issued. Any payments made under the proposed contracts will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the funding and the conditions for the disbursement of funding. No party other than the Government and the Employer shall derive any rights from the funding or have any claim to the proceeds of the funding.
