SELECTION OF TRAINING SERVICE PROVIDER FOR FSSC 22000 V6

Background

The Ghana Standards Authority (GSA), in partnership with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, through the support of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) under the framework of the Special Initiative percent Work for a Just Transition," has received a grant for the establishment of an Organic Certification Scheme and Testing for Organic Produce.

The Ghana Standards Authority is seeking the services of a qualified Training Service Provider / Independent consultant to assist the organisation to build the capacity of its staff in IRCA /CQI Lead Auditor training in Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000 v6.

2.0. Objective of the Assignment

The assignment's main objective is to build the capacity of its staff in the implementation, inspection/auditing, and certification of FSSC 22000 V6, particularly as it relates to organic food production and processing, including all requirements and processes to enhance the competence of staff towards the effective auditing of the standards.
