Procurement of Mercantile Food Items and Domestic Farm Produce

1. The St Teresa's College of Education, Hohoe, intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation funds to eligible payments under Call-off Contracts that may be awarded under the Framework Agreement (FWA) concluded through this IFT Primary Procurement process of Food and other items to be used in the college.

The Procurement Entity is the sole entity undertaking the Primary Procurement under the Framework Agreement(s) with a view to concluding a Framework Agreement. The Procurement Entity now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for Mercantile Food items, and Domestic Farm Produce, including estimated quantities over one (1) year term of the Framework Agreement(s). Items must be delivered as and when needed in the contract year. The Framework Agreement to be concluded will be a "Single-User" and a single-Supplier FWA.
