INTRODUCTION

The Birim Central Municipal Assembly (BCMA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitable and competent Private individuals/firms/Institutions for the rental of the under-listed commercial facilities (hereinafter called "the Property) within the Municipality.

The Birim Central Municipal Assembly (BCMA), with support from the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) and the Ghana Secondary City Project under World Bank support, constructed the Property with rooms for the under-listed. commercial activities.
