PROCUREMENT OF GOODS

NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING (NCT)

1. The Tema West Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation of the Internally Generated Fund eligible payments for the under-listed supply.

2. The Tema West Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers for the procurement of goods indicated in the table below. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, Act 633, 2003, and Public Procurement Amendment Act 2016 (Act 914), and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana
