SUPPLY OF DRINKING WATER FOR GIZ GHANA
NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDER - CONSULTANCY FIRM REQUIRED
Background and Objectives
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, Gnana, seeks to engage a qualified vendor for the supply of purified drinking water to ensure the health and well-being of its personnel while on office premises. The attached Terms OF Reference (TOR) aims to invite eligible suppliers to participate in a competitive bidding process for the provision of water. The following criteria must be available to be considered a successful bidder.
- Purified drinking water shall conform to duly accredited and approved by the Responsible approval bodies/government agencies in Ghana.
- The Supplier shall submit a certified true copy of the license or approval from the Parent Company of the water as a recognised distributor.
- Water containers shall have a capacity of 18.9-litre jar bottles made from good-grade plastic, tamper-proof, dent-free free and properly sealed.
- The company must show a minimum of 3 years in operation and references from at least three customers.
- Evidence/ Copies of at least three major contracts completed.
