Background
The Rural Enterprises Programme (REP), under the Ministry of Trade, Agribusiness and Industry (MOTAI), is establishing 61 ENABLE Youth factories nationwide to support agro-processing and job creation. Of these, 16 factories are available for private sector management under lease agreements, as part of efforts to ensure the smooth take off, efficient management and ultimately, the sustainability of operations.
REP/MOTAI invites proposals from interested Private Sector Operators (PSOs) to take up and manage the operations of the remaining 16 factories, under a leasehold arrangement.
