1. Introduction

The Pooled Procurement Programme (PPP) of the Catholic Health Service Trust (CHS) under the auspices of the Ghana Catholic Bishops Conference intends to apply part of its procurement budget for the 54 hospitals and 100 clinics of the CHST for the first six months of the year 2026 for payments to an eligible supplier under a framework contracting arrangement for the procurement of medicines, medical supplies and diagnostics.

1.2 The PPP intends to prequalify suppliers or their authorised representative for the Procurement of the items in the table below:
