1. The Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under Call-off Contracts that may be awarded under the Framework Agreement package below concluded through this IFT Primary Procurement process:

2. GCAA is undertaking Primary Procurement with a view to concluding a Framework Agreement. The Ghana Civil Aviation Authority is the sole Entity under this Framework Agreement. GCAA now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Procurement of a Training Service Provider as per the schedule indicated below.
