The "Support for Decentralisation Reforms" (SfDR) Programme is a technical cooperation programme to support Ghana's decentralisation process. The programme is being implemented by the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development (MLGRD) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft for Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. GIZ is a global capacity-building service provider working with public, private and civil society actors for sustainable development worldwide
