Tenders are collected every day from all regions of Ghana, and entered into a central database. The Tenders are verified and classified according to their location (the place where the service/product is required) and their category (the industry type of the service/product required).

Classification of Tenders

Both tenders and subscribers are classified according to their location and tender sector to match the specific requirements of subscribers. By maintaining these classifications our service is able to match tenders with subscribers, thus ensuring that subscribers only receive relevant tenders - relevant to where they can provide their service/product and to what service/product they can provide.


Tenders are dispatched daily to ensure timely delivery. The tenders are sent via email and, as a subscriber, the notifications and the tender information can be accessed directly from our website (

Tenders entered into the system are divided into their principal fields so that when published in an e-mail or on the website, each part is clearly visible and labelled accordingly. These parts include Client, Contract Number, Description, Closing Date, Contact Details, Document Collection, Delivery Point and Qualifying Criteria.


Our research team is based throughout Ghana and seeking business leads. provides a national coverage of all tenders published by the local, regional and national government, development partners and private sector companies.

The sources used to acquire and research tenders include: local and national newspapers; government, public and private websites, and direct contact with local and national government bodies and private businesses.

How do I get started?

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards and mobile money transfer on a recurring basis. You can provide us with your banking details for a monthly debit order, or alternatively you can make a direct deposit/EFT.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No! is a month-to-month service. You can cancel at anytime, we just need 15 days notice for debit order payments.
